How to sign in to Flow for the first time

  1. Go to the Flow website
    Open your browser and go to: www.bpiflow.se

  2. Enter your email address
    Type in the email address you have registered with us. This is your username.

  3. Enter your password
    Your password is preset as: password (lowercase). If you’re logging in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to change your password. Follow the instructions to set a new secure password.

  4. Set a new password
    If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot password” and follow the instructions.
